Requirement of Counsellor cum Tutor at Noida - Noida - taking tuition in home

Desired Candidate’s Profile:

· Fresher from science or engineering background preferably B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA

· Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills in English and Hindi

· Comfortable with operating desktop and laptop and must have knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

· Smart, Confident and Go Getter

· Willing to work in a start-up environment

Role & Responsibilities:

· Making sure that the centre works efficiently by taking care of day to day operations

· Taking care of the queries of students and parents

· Taking Maths and/or Science classes for IX and X class students for one hour per day

Working Hours:

· Monday to Saturday - 10 AM to 5 PM

o Counselling Hours – 10 AM to 3 PM

o Teaching Hours – 3 PM to 5 PM

Note: Lunch time of 30 minutes is included in the working hours

Remuneration:

· Fixed Salary Package – For Counselling Role

· Incentive 1 – 20 % Fee of student will be paid as incentive for every student taught

· Incentive 2 – 5% Fee of student will be paid as incentive for every query getting converted into admission
