Looking for highly motivated office assistant, who can handle customer calls, admin work and knows how to work on computers to enter data.
Some responsibilities will include -
1) Handle the front office and general office admin work.
2) Telephone calls handling, computer typing, sending mails, courier/ postage records, good English vocabulary, office co-ordination, maintaining records.
3) responsible for dispatching couriers and keeping a record of them. Handling Appointments, filing papers in proper order.
4) Coordinating in Recruitments of executive Staff and other recruitment required for the Company, Assisting in Banking Operations, and implementing the rules and regulations of the Company .
5) Handling inbound & Outbound Calls , Monitoring daily attendance system
6) Help in booking business travel for the employes
Desired Candidate's Profile ::
1) Should have a pleasing personality , Should have good communication skills
2) Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
3) Prior experience will be preferred , Should have a will to work hard and grow with the company
4) UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required OR PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
