The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate. The role will require expertise both in internal team project management as well as working with leaders at major companies to strengthen partner relations and obsess over customer care. Maximizing these partnerships requires identifying new potential within partner segments, developing scalable account management strategies and driving for results for DTSC and our partners. The right person will:
- The successful candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess superior communication skills, and be comfortable working independently.
- Candidates must demonstrate a superior track record for creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business development.
- Should have sound Technical Background (Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience would be preferred).
- Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in US Staffing processes.
- Should have strong people management skills; Planning and managing the career growth of Associates.
- Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities.
- Must be a Team player, competitive individual who adapts well to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Proven experience driving strategic alliances and partnerships for a business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be able to in night shifts.
job Description:
- Own quarterly unit and revenue growth objectives for existing partner segments, Develop and enhance customer service processes.
- Work closely with the TAG Team and communicate with US/india based Project Managers/Delivery Managers /HR Managers for specific requirements/submissions /interviews/on-boarding formalities/background check process, bottle-necks or any other concerns.
- Identify new opportunities with existing partner segments by becoming expert in their evolving needs.
- You shall utilize your demonstrated success in selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment and enable sales of our services for contract and/or full-time staffing solutions.
