Business Development executive (Female and male) [0 – 2 years]:
1. responsible for generating brokerage revenues for the company through sales and purchase of properties
2. Building and developing amicable relationship with builders, developers, sub-brokers and partners
3. Coordinating with builders, developers, sub-brokers and partners
4. Responsible for meeting the revenue targets
5. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
6. Handling client queries
7. Maintaining follow up with clients after sales
8. Understanding real estate market and keeping yourself updated with current trends.
1. The suitable candidate must be at least graduate (MBA / PGDM / PGPM from a recognized institute will be preferred)
2. Fresher can also apply and experience will be an added advantage
3. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
